We found that using a separate, physical device makes it easier to stay focused. App limits on your phone are easy to skip because your phone is always with you.

Shift works with iPhones that have iOS 13 or newer. We're working on support for Android too - stay tuned for updates!

You can block almost any distraction apps on your iPhone - including social media, games, news, and more. Phone calls and emergency functions will still work as required by Apple.

You can also block some websites in Safari based on Apple’s pre-set list. Other browsers don’t support this feature yet :(

Plus, you can create different blocking modes for times like work, family time, sleep, travelling or exercise - so you’re always focused on what matters most.

Don’t worry! You’ll still be able to use the app. We include 5 emergency unshifts in the app that will unblock everything if needed.
