Right of withdrawal

The short version
You may cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period ends 14 days after the day you, or someone you name, takes physical possession of the goods. Tell us plainly — email is fine — and we refund within 14 days of being informed.
EU and UK consumers
This right applies to consumers buying for personal use. It does not apply to business purchases.
14 days from delivery
From the day you receive the goods, not the day you ordered. Multiple items in one order run from the last one delivered.

Effects of withdrawal
We reimburse all payments received from you, including standard outbound delivery, without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed. We use the same payment method you used, and you are not charged a fee for that.
We may hold the refund
Until we receive the goods back, or until you supply evidence of sending them, whichever is earlier.
Sending it back
Email us first and we'll tell you where to send it. Send the goods without undue delay and within 14 days of telling us. You bear the direct cost of returning them for a change of mind.
Diminished value
You are only liable for any reduced value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
