Returns and refunds

1. Email contact@nobrainrot.com with your order number and which of the three applies.
2. We usually reply within one working day with where to send it. For faulty or wrong items we send a prepaid label.
3. Don't send anything back before you've heard from us. We need to match your parcel to your order.
4. Use a tracked service and keep the tracking number. Outside the EU and UK, the return is at your risk until it reaches us.

We refund within 14 days of your return reaching us, usually faster, to your original payment method and in the currency you paid. We don't cover bank fees or exchange-rate differences. No restocking fee. For EU and UK withdrawals, the rules on the Right of withdrawal page apply.

Change of mind: return postage is yours. Original shipping is refunded only for orders delivered to the EU or UK, where the law requires it, at the standard rate. Faulty or wrong item: we pay both ways. 30-day guarantee: nothing to send back.

Use Shift for 30 days. If your daily screen time hasn't dropped by at least 30 minutes, we refund the price you paid for the Shift.

• Within 7 days of delivery, email us a screenshot of your iPhone Screen Time for the last full week before Shift. That's your starting point.
• Use Shift on at least 20 of the 30 days. We check this in your Shift app account, so tell us the email you signed in with.
• Claim between day 30 and day 45 after delivery. Send a screen recording of your Screen Time weekly view for your most recent full week.
• If your daily average dropped by less than 30 minutes against your starting week, we refund the Shift price. You keep the device.
• One claim per customer and per device, for a Shift bought new on nobrainrot.com.
• Shipping costs, duties and Shift+ aren't refunded under the guarantee.
• A guarantee refund closes the order. It can't be combined with a return or a payment dispute for the same item.
• We can decline a claim if the data looks edited or doesn't match your app activity.

The guarantee is voluntary and comes on top of your statutory rights. We can change or end it for future orders. Orders already placed keep the terms they were bought under.

For a 14-day return the device should come back complete, with the mount and packaging, in a condition that lets us resell it. You may unpack it and try it. If it comes back used, damaged or incomplete, we deduct the loss in value from your refund.

Unworn, unwashed apparel with tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Stickers can only be returned unopened. Once the backing is peeled they are not resaleable.

The app is free. Shift+ is billed by Apple through the App Store, so refunds for it are handled by Apple, not by us. Cancelling Shift+ does not affect the device.

Email a photo of the item and its packaging with your order number, ideally within 7 days of delivery. Once we've confirmed the problem, we send a replacement or refund it. If we need the item back, we send a prepaid label.
